She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Raymond and Bessie Skelton; her sisters, Charlene Johnson, Glenda Horner and Debbie Holder; her husband William Harper; her children, Timothy Dewayne Smith (Elizabeth Therese) of Bryant, Misti Griffin (Wes) of Jacksonville, Tonja Snow (Melanie Reynolds) and Pamela Sue Hall (Al) of Cabot; her siblings, Dale Skelton, Terry Skelton, Bo Skelton, Johnnie McElroy, Pat Coates, Sandra Henry, Vicki Skelton, Janet Stracener and Alice Taylor; and her stepchild Bill Jr.. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
