He is survived by: his parent Bettye King Stevens; his wife Loretta Buck Stevens; his father Verlon; his children, Todd Stevens of Sherwood, Tony Buck of Searcy, Nikki Stevens of Scott and Sheena Davis; his grandchildren, Freman Stevens, Zoey McKee, Micah Davis, Jaxson Davis and Audrey Davis; and his brother Michael Stevens.
