He was predeceased by: his siblings, Terry Baswell, Robbie Baswell and Patricia Baswell; and his daughter Jennifer Pollard. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Baswell, Terry Baswell and Carl Killems; and his sister Peggy Scott (Ronnie). He is also survived by close friend and ex-wife B. J. Baswell; and a host of other family and friends.
