With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Homer Fulbright Jr. (Searcy, Arkansas), born in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on November 6, 2019 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Fulbright and Wilma Fulbright of Searcy; his wife Mary Frances McSpadden Fulbright; his granddaughter Jennifer Blakley; his daughter Stephanie Stafford; and his brother Jack Fulbright.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheralyn Osborn of Kansas City, MO, Suellen Fulbright of Milford, NH and Stacey Pectol (Dale) of Little Rock, AR; and his grandchildren, Liza Workman of Warner, OK, Robert Rice of Guy, AR, Matt Leger of Milford, NH and Drake Pectol of Stillwater, OK. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
