He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette Albert Lay and Margaret Ruth Spahn (Loescher); and his wife Marjorie Lay. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Mangini of Searcy and Laura Hoffmann (Jim) of Searcy. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, other relatives and dear friends.
