Flavil Yeakley Jr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Flavil Yeakley Jr. (Searcy, Arkansas), born in Wheeler, Texas, who passed away on August 12, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavil Yeakley, Sr. and Mary Klingman Yeakley; and his siblings, Ben Allen Yeakley and Mary Alice Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Maydell; and his children, Mark (Kimberlee) of Wichita, Steven (Shelley) of Searcy and Rebecca Vinzant (Gene) of Prairie Village, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to The Flavil and Maydell Yeakley Endowed Scholarship Fund at Harding University, Box 12238, Searcy, AR 72149.
