He was predeceased by: his siblings, Franklin D. Wheetley, Marvin Henry Wheetley and Marie Fletcher. He is survived by: his spouse Judy Wheetley; his children, Kennith Damon Wheetley (Catherine), Kendra Baumer (Scott), Debra Wheetley Wright (Norman) and Cathy Graham (Edwin); and his siblings, Henry Truman Wheetley (Margie), Mary Mckinley, Clara Fletcher and Doris Starbuck. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
