He is survived by: his spouse Hilda Phipps Clay; his children, Donnie Jr, Marta Clay of Edmonton, Kathy Boyd of Searcy, Charles Clay and Pam Clay of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Kara Davis of Judsonia, Kurtis Clay of Edmonton, Kody Boyd of Searcy, Kurt Boyd of Searcy, Justin Clay of Leachville and Chase Clay of Jonesboro; and his siblings, Orbin Clay (Betty) of Little Rock and Charline Bynum (Roger) of Sherwood.
