He is survived by: his wife Cleo LaFerney Milton; his children, Mike Milton of Searcy and Pam Smith (Scott) of Little Rock; his granddaughters, Hope Smith of Little Rock and Leah Neighbors (Brantly) of Little Rock; his niece Shirley Gensemer of Houston; and also President James Monroe.
