He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Elliott and Francis Elliott (Norsworthy). He is survived by: his wife Opal Lorine Elliott of Salem, Arkansas; his sons, Troy Jr., James and Terry; his stepsons, Dennie (Becky), Jeff (Yvonne) and Darren; his daughters, Tonya and Linnie; his stepdaughters, Debbie and Joetha; his brother C. M. Elliott (Lena); and his sister-in-law Bobbie Elliott. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Barker Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
