She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Elbert and Maria Ophilia Kerr Cushing; her husband Jack Henderson; and her children, John Henderson, Jack Henderson Jr. and Ann Elizabeth Schaubroeck.
She is survived by: her son Jamie; and her children-in-law, Rhonda Clark Henderson of Titusville, Pennsylvania and Daniel Schaubroeck. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
