She was predeceased by: her parents, Phil Eugene Simmons and Peggy Jean Freeman Simmons; her mother-in-law Jake Earl Duncan; her siblings-in-law, Rex Ennis, Lu Keener and Gladys Henry; her grandson Jake Anthony Duncan; and also Edna Duncan.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Ennis of Royal; her son Timothy Duncan of Benton; her children-in-law, Deena Duncan of Benton, Amanda Lamb, Nathan Lamb of Hot Springs, Trisha Storey, Duane Slagley of Hot Springs and Don Ward of Sheridan; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Brown, Alyssa Hancock, Devin Hannah, Layne Duncan, Aubree Duncan, Ava Duncan, Emma Duncan and Anthony Smith; her brothers-in-law, Sherry Anzaldua of Royal, Roger Ennis of Tupelo, Shelia Vincent of Hot Springs, Larry Vincent of Hot Springs, Ricky Ennis of Hot Springs, Bonita Kennedy of Hot Springs, Ed Kennedy of Hot Springs, James Henry of Hot Springs and Bobby Kenner of Hot Springs; her nieces, Libby Anzaldua and Jessica Anzaldua; her nephew Ben Moore; her friend Brenda Robertson; and also, Pete Anzaldua of Royal and Lloyd Robertson. She is also survived by friend and care giver, Ella Ennis; and a host of wonderful friends.
