He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Paul and Dorothy McIntosh Hill; his wife Pamela "Pam" Scruggs Hill; his children, Kaleb Hill and Misty Turner; his sisters, Jadonna Hahn (Jason) and Lora Houck; and his grandchildren, Hayden Simmons, Jackson Simmons, Hollie Turner and Olivia Turner.
