She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Lewis and Margaret Elizabeth Crowley Forsyth; her brothers, Sherman Forsyth and Bill Forsyth; and her husband C. D. Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Castleberry of Topeka, KS and Donna Jordan (Mike Jordan) of Rogers, AR; her grandchildren, Megan Jordan of Bentonville, AR and Tom Jordan (Summer); and her great grandchild Autumn of Grove, OK..
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762).
