He is survived by: his significant other Dawn Lee Jones; his daughter Lesli Burkhead (Steve) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Emily Seifert (David) and Matthew Burkhead (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Henry of Dallas, Betsy Seifert of Dallas and Buck Burkhead of Dallas.
