He was predeceased by: his parents, Thadeus Odell and Sevella Martha Henley (Lester); his wife Mary; and his sisters, Linda and Tammy.
He is survived by: his sons, Melissa Dickey, Lisa Hanson (Todd) and Pam Adams (Chuck); his brothers, Chuck Collins (Linda) and Terry Collins (Lynell); and his grandchildren, Marty Terrell, Thad Henley and Johnny Ray Henley. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
