It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Winters (Ravenden, Arkansas), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Winters and Rachel Oddlen Winters. He is survived by: his wife Inez; his children, Allen Winters (Susan) of Ravenden, AR, Robert Winters (Angela "Angie") of Quincy and Becki Winters of Quincy; his grandchildren, Keira, Anna, Zachery (Alyssa), Ethan, Alisha, Alexander, Kellye and Eric; his great grandchildren, Annabella and Jaxon; and his brothers, Laural Winters (Ann) of Panama City, FL, Edward Winters of Louisville, KY, Lester Winters of Covington, IN and Larry Winters (Karen) of West Bend, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
