He is survived by: his wife Kelly M. McMinn (Murray); his children, Lance Edward McMinn of Ravenden, Arkansas, Wanda Glyn Ogle of Newport and Megan Michelle McMinn of Ravenden, Arkansas; his brothers, Keith Allen McMinn (Tammy) of Manila and Timothy Wayne McMinn; and his grandchildren, Bethany Paige Lyerly, Brittni Sage Lyerly, Brodyn Gage Lyerly, McKenzie Mae McMinn, Pazle Jezel Mitchell and Khloe Joe Grace Mitchell.
