He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Elvis and Verline Crain Arrington; his sister Betty Ruth Arrington Vaughn; his children, Joe Steven Arrington (Shanna) of Hot Springs, AR, Charmane Rohr (Rick) of Colorado and Tela Ann Webb (Chris) of Bentonville, AR; his brother Robert Arrington of Troy, AR; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Rohr, Andrew Rohr, Matthew Rohr, Sophie Webb and Taryan Jones. He was also cherished by two greatgrandchildren.
