He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Gann of Proctor, AR; his children, Michael Joe Mitchell of West Memphis, AR, John Mitchell of Indiana and Julie Harrell of Manila, AR; his brother Ricky Gann of Missouri; and his grandson James Parnell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
