It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Gann Sr. of Proctor, Arkansas, born in Harrisburg, Arkansas, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Gann and Edith M. Gann; and his brothers, Johnny and Eugene Gann. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Gann; his children, Albert D. Gann Jr. and Tereasa D. Bolt (Timothy); his siblings, Wayne Gann (Sally) of Clark, Calvin Gann (Carrie) of Conway, Caroline Gann (George) of Hoxie, Frankie Louise Upton of Jonesboro, Brenda Sipa of Jonesboro and Wanda Biggers (Alvin) of Angleton, Texas.; his niece Charlene Kelley (Gary) of Marion; his nephew Lonnie R. Hampton of Lee County; his sister-in-law Sylvia Hampton (Charles) of Proctor, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Mark D. Gann, Allen D. Gann and Dakota L. York; and his great grandchildren, Kimberly and Zoei York.
Services and Interment will be private. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own masks.
