Terrell is survived by: daughter Kim Terrell; sisters, Evelyn Murrah (Buddy) of Prescott, Norma McKelvey (Jim) of Texarkana and Muriel Dean Tackette of Prescott; grandchildren, Brittney Terrell and Evann Terrell; and great grandchild Addi Terrell. Terrell is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
