She is survived by: her children, Thurston Collins (Jacquelyn) of Columbus, Ohio, Lori Conrad of Prescott and Abby Collins of St Louis, Missouri; her sister Nancy Zumwalt of Prescott; her grandchildren, Morgan Conrad, Grayson Conrad, Jacob Conrad and Cale Collins; and her great grandchild Daiton Conrad.
