He is survived by: his wife Maudine Steed Welch; his daughter Amy Burnett of Benton; his stepchildren, Jackie White of Nashville, Phil Hartsfield, Robyn Hartsfield of Glenwood and Stan Hartsfield of Blevins; his sisters, Dorothy Virginia Ewing, Dub Biggs of Bryant and Sally Ann Biggs of Benton; and also Larry of Nashville.
