He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Martin and Vonie Jackson Martin; his son Bruce Martin; and his siblings, Ray Martin, Vener Manning and Virginia Larsen.
He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Daniell Martin of Prescott; his children, Gene Martin (Connie) of Prescott, Jonathan Martin (Racquel) of Hot Springs and Gail Tabler of Bentonville, AR; and his sister Dorothy Stevens of Camden. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
