He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah May McCleland Frederick; his wife Catherine Frederick; his father Chester Frederick; his sisters, Mary Ellen Smith and Laura Bell Sybrant; his nephew Willie Ross Smith; and his nieces, Carla Gene Dugan and Annette Meaders (Annie).
He is survived by: his stepson Carl; his stepdaughter-in-law Kim Johnson of Ozark; and his brother James Cecil Frederick of Farmington.
