He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Palmer and Matilda Jane Whited (Hurst); his wife Velma Whited; his daughter Pat Whited; his siblings, Kemah Raines, Clara Hurst and Arthur Whited; and his granddaughter Heather Cornett.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Cornett (Daryl) of Prairie Grove, Arkansas and Randy Whited (Jeni) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his close friend Sue Ryan; and his grandchildren, Dennis Thurman, Derek Hill, Jason Talley, Chris Cornett and Sydney Sloan. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
