She is survived by: her children, Denis (Mandy) of Farmington, Arkansas, Dan (Melanie) of Tucson, Arizona, Terry (Carol) of Oakdale, California, Troy (Leslie) of Charleston, Arkansas, Leanna (Keith) of Laet, Wendel of Los Angeles, California and Crystal (Scott Wasdin) of Whitman, Massachusetts.; her grandchildren, Christopher Fleming, Jefferson Fleming, Mylin Fleming, Brittany Ashley (Justin), Tresa Kennedy (Terry), Jessica Fleming, Arielle Motley (Brice), Audrey Gann (Chris), Nathan (Stefanie) of Laet, Rebecca of Laet, Sean Fleming, Mia Fleming, Joshua Wasdin, Xander Wasdin, Matthew Wasdin and Emma Wasdin; her great grandchildren, Jazmin Johnson (Elijah), Jaeli Guerra, Tyler Stroup, Kaiser Ashley, Brett Kennedy, Michelle Wannemacher (Joel), Kort Kennedy (Logan) and Torstein; and her great great grandchildren, Karter, Enoch, Elijah and Ever.
The family expresses their sincere gratitude to the staff and healthcare professionals of Greenhurst Nursing Center in Charleston, Arkansas, who have supported Shirley in her battle with Alzheimer's for the past 11 years.
