He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Deedie Prater (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Verneal Prater; his children, Harley Prater Jr. "Butch" (Yevon), Mike Prater (Janell), Diane Prater Jones (Danny), Edward Addison (Karen) and Raymond Addison (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Natalie Prater Batchelor, Titus Prater, Clay Prater, Cody Prater, Tanner Jones, Crystal Jones Couch, Scott Addison, Brian Addison, Steven Addison, Katherine Addison Rohrbach and Kayla Addison Rodriguez. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
