He was predeceased by: his father Howard Bowden; his wife Ouida Thurman Bowden; and his siblings, Downey, Kenneth Bowden, Ruth Ferguson and Geneva Clampit.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Bowden (Kim) and Susan Harris (Bobby); his sisters-in-law, Cavie Bowden and Carolyn Thurman; and his caregiver Florinda Ferguson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; along with a special friend.
