He was predeceased by: his wife Opal Densmore Wooten; and his stepson Roy Dale Gann. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Wooten of Poplar Grove and Debra Andrews; his niece Patsy Varner; and his brother Tony Dice. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
