He is survived by: his daughters, Shaunie Earnhart (Mark) of Pocahontas and Melanie Austin (Greg) of Pocahontas; and his siblings, Archie Bickford (Pat) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Jack Bickford of Pocahontas and Bonnie Elston (Ron) of Ellisinore, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
