He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Warren and Ada Shipman-Warren; his wife Cherie Butler-Warren; and his siblings, Max Warren and Nellie McClanahan.
He is survived by: his daughter Veronica Warren; and his sisters, Dorothy Chester (Otis) and Linda Dzik (Freddie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
