Redmon Laverne King Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2021, at the age of 91, Redmon Laverne King of Pocahontas, Arkansas, born in Powhatan, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence King and Lacy Gertrude Mitchell King; and his siblings, Raymond King, Imogene Manes, Irma Hickman, Glada Buchanan and Carmen King.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly L. Alsbury King; his children, Betty Potter (Dan) of Belvidere, IL, Bill King (Kandy) of Belvidere, IL, Brian King (Jan) of Columbia, TN and Brad King (Laurie) of Belvidere, IL; and his sisters, Inez Weld of Burlington, IA and Mary Ann Smiley of Collierville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
The family requests that all attendees wear face masks.
