She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastian Augustine Spades and Pearl Judkin Spades; her husband Paul Callahan; her daughter Paula Callahan; and her siblings, Virginia Madsen, Rowena Lawson, Jenny Sue Moore, Elizabeth Myers, Joe Spades, Sebastian Spades, Richard Spades and Mike Spades.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Callahan (Mary) of Pocahontas, Jeff Callahan of Pocahontas and Mary Baughman (Andy) of West Fork, AR. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, & friends.
