She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Perrin and Jettie Perrin; and her brothers, Charles Perrin and Phillip Perrin. She is survived by: her husband Charles H. Carter; her children, Dennis Carter (Reba) of Supply and Marsha Tunstall (Billy) of Pocahontas; her grandchildren, Brooklynne Rapert (Rockey) of Harrisburg, Christopher Carter of Maynard and Dylan Carter (Emily) of Lake City; and her great grandchildren, Jilliynne Rapert, Remington Rapert, Gwendolynne Rapert, Clara Carter, Brayleigh Carter, Elizabeth Carter and Camden Oglesby. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
