He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Samuel and Helen Loretta Vallance (Nations). He is survived by: his spouse Terrece Vallance; his children, Charles "CJ" Vallance, Jr. of Pocahontas, Jana Gail Collins of Pocahontas and Lana Dale Polley of Pocahontas; his brother Paul Vallance of Maynard; and his grandchildren, Aaron Vallance, Natalie Collins Marriott, Summer Vallance, Chase Vallance, Tyler Collins, Emma Polley and Bailie Vallance.
