Slayden; her siblings, Horace Davis (late Dorothy Ellison Davis), Joe Davis Sr. (late Betty Gibson Davis), Starling Davis, Effie Davis Brantley (late Milber Brantley), Gladys Odell Davis Hawkins (late Pat Hawkins), Albert Davis Sr. (late Martha Faye Davis) and David Davis Jr. (Frances Johnson Davis); her daughter Darlene Beatty Cothran (Lacy Cothran); her grandchildren, Briar Cothran (Tonie Cothran) and Shawna Diane Cothran Poplin (Noah Poplin); and her great grandchild Madelyn Cothran. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
