He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Edward Scott and Daisy Smith Scott; his siblings, Harold Scott, Iona Blair, Peggy White, Ida Belle DeVolder and Jesse M. Scott; his niece Dayzett White; his nephew Jesse Scott; his great-niece Annie Watts; and also Nico Ferguson.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jayne Moss (Rick), Steve Blair (Alice), Rhonda Pearce (Carl), Dino White (Miriam), Toni Williams (Mike), Monty White (Lisa), Robbin Mix (Darin), Shounna Goodman (Connell), Roxy Stane (Barry), Joddie White (Christin), Lori Weaver (Russell), Scott Blair (Amy), Deneitha Hernandez (Juan), Tina Boughton (Bobby), Rebakah Burris, Tracy Starks (Brody), Erica Joe Tindall, Julie Goodman (Neal), Buck Scott and Sam Scott; and his sister-in-law Dorthy Scott.
