He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bronson Rumsey and Pauline Catherine Rumsey (Barnett); and his brother Bobby Ray Rumsey. He is survived by: his children, Randy Paul Rumsey II (Sarah), Robert Franklin Rumsey of Benton, Cathy Pauline Rumsey and Diana Rogers (Van) of Paris; and his stepdaughters, Jean Ann Wright of Benton and Chere Crow of Paris. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
