He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulis Lee Tolbert and Lou Etta Clark Tolbert. He is survived by: his siblings, Melinda Umholtz (Robert) of Ozark, Arkansas and Lindell Tolbert (Lisa) of Ozark. He is also survived by three nephews.
