He is survived by: his wife Lois Boak; his sons, Larry Joe Boak (Belinda) and Jeremy Boak (Amy); his grandchildren, Alisha Berry, Nathan Boak, Shayla Boak and Hailie Boak; and his siblings, Aaron Boak (Peggy) and Sandra Collier. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, friends.
