James Hembrey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Hembrey of Paragould, Arkansas, born in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. F. Hembrey and Edna Taylor Hembrey; his former wife Geraldine Holt Hembrey; his wife Olean Pruett Hembrey; and his daughter Shelby Jean Sexton.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Puckett of Walnut Ridge; his brother Jimmie Hembrey of Monette; his grandchildren, Alex Sexton, Jack Sexton, Justin Puckett, Jonas Puckett, Mahtia Puckett, Kayla Dreger and Haley Dreger; and his great grandchildren, Clark, Ben, Miles and Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-grandnieces and nephews.
