She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Adams. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Adams-Robb; her son John Fortenberry; and her siblings, Joe Adams, Keith Adams (Carla) and Joy Middleton (Bob).
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
