He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Vosco Scarlett, II and Sue Lynn Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Leona Knudsen Scarlett; his children, Jeffery Scarlett of South Carolina, Steven Scarlett of Ozone, Arkansas and Michelle Krajnak of North Carolina; and his brothers, Steve Scarlett of Arkansas, Mike Scarlett of Texas and Billy Peterson of Arizona. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren.
