He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Miner and Letha Kenney Miner; his former wife Cecilia Ann Miner; and his stepfather Stanley Coyle. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Miner of Ozark; his son Mike Miner (Summer) of Ozark; his stepson Cliff Haynes (Angela) of Rochester Hills, Michigan; and his brother Charles Miner (Polly) of Mulberry, Arkansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
