He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Tillery and Jeskie Walker Tillery; his wife Emma Jean Tillery; his children, Clara Jean Tillery and Gregory Tillery; and his siblings, Carl, Jim Tillery and Elgie Jane Felkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Kohler (James) of Paris, Arkansas; his brother J. D. Tillery of Bonner Springs, Kansas; and his close friend Ima Faye Beck of Magazine, Arkansas.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren.
