She was predeceased by: her parents, George Neal and Hazel Neal; her husband Wayne W. Moore; her siblings, Travis Neal (Ema Lou), Worthy Neal (Ludene), Glen Neal (Deetress), Martin Neal (Lee) and Mary Neal Lewis; and her son-in-law Richard Borys.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Moore Cole and Julia Moore Borys (Richard); her grandchildren, Mary Claire Borys, Alex Borys, Peter Borys and Clint Cole; and her great grandchildren, MaKayla Cole, Nolan Cole, Cayden Cole and Jackson Borys.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Osceola Public Library, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and First Baptist Church in Osceola.
