He is survived by: his wife Betty Rogers of Osceola, AR; his children, Douglas William Rogers (Crystal) of Etowah, AR, Bob Rogers (Kim) of Baton Rouge, LA and Barbara Carrol of Largo, FL; and his sister Elsie Tramell of Marked Tree, AR. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
