It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Bell Scott of Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Barry Finnie of Osceola, Quincy Dawson of Corpus Christie, TX and Carla Young of Osceola; and her siblings, Earnest Wright of West Memphis, Billy Wright, Ronnie Wright of Osceola and Mary Miller of Osceola. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
